All business conducted from this website is covered by the following terms and conditions, and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

Privacy statement

  • Alpina does not collect personal information for any reasons other than to be able to reply to your enquiry.
  • All information required to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
  • We respect your privacy and your card details and personal data are not stored.


  • We can guarantee same-day delivery for orders in The Hague if your order is placed before 13:00 am (local dutch time).
  • Orders, placed before 15.00 hour (local dutch time), will be delivered (on business days) within 24 hours.
  • There maybe delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels and ships.
  • Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. Incomplete address, phone number, information of sender and receiver may delay the delivery.
  • To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or already delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
  • Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers.
  • The examples of all our packages are impressions. If you order one of these packages that we process our fresh market in a bouquet in style and size that suits your choice.

Items Displayed Online

For your shopping convenience, a wide variety of popular items may be viewed online. Each of these arrangements is designed with the freshest flowers available, and most are offered in a variety of sizes and prices to meet differing budgets. Of course, while the items shown are all representative of overall style, color scheme, and value, specific flowers and containers may vary in some cases due to design interpretation and availability or to meet our quality standards.


  • All mentioned prices are including VAT. Delivery fee is not included.
  • A delivery fee of €10.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
  • All prices are in euro’s (€).


  • Payment can only be done by creditcard, cash payment in advance or Mollie.
  • We accept the following creditcards: Eurocard Mastercard – Visa.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
  • All creditcards are subject to validation checks.


  • Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
  • We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
  • Only delivery times for funerals can be guaranteed. The sender is therefore requested to give the time of delivery, as accurately as possible
  • If the recipient is not there and the delivery cannot be made, we will try to leave the delivery with one of the neighbours.
  • If the courier cannot find the receiver at the given address, he or she will leave a note in the postbox, informing about the flower delivery. After a contact of the receiver with Alpina, the delivery will be sent again at the agreed time.
  • In case your order is placed on a date the delivery is not performed to the address specified, the delivery will proceed on the nearest delivery date possible.
  • Alpina serves the following areas: Den Haag, Rijswijk, Voorburg, Nootdorp, Leidschendam, Wassenaar and Zoetermeer.
  • Alpina can organise deliveries of flowers within the Netherlands and abroad. For deliveries abroad, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the date of delivery.
  • Alpina is member of Fleurop Interflora.
  • If the area you requested is not covered by an Interflora Member we will contact you.
  • We cannot deliver to p.o box numbers.
  • Alpina is not responsible for any delivery delay caused by strikes, natural disasters or other possible matters that cannot be influenced.
  • We don’t sell alcohol te persons under 18 years order which contain alcohol should be taken by persons older than 18 years.


  • Alpina guarantees fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants that will last at least seven days.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us within 5 days by email or phone.

We deliver your flowers in The Hague, Delft, Delfgauw, De Lier, Den Hoorn, 's - Gravenzande, Hoek van Holland, Honselersdijk, Kwintsheul, Leiden, Leiderdorp, Leidschendam, Monster, Naaldwijk, Nootdorp, Pijnacker, Poeldijk, Schipluiden, Rijswijk, Ter Heijde, Voorburg, Voorschoten, Wassenaar, Wateringen and Zoetermeer

In other places, the local Fleurop florist delivers your bouquet.
