| Flowers not delivered | Response within 2 weeks | Flowers wil still delivered including an excuse attention. |
| Recipient not at home | Response within 2 weeks | Not home? Receiver gets a card in the mailbox to contact us. We make an appointment and we’ll be back once! |
| Delivered too late | Response within 5 working days | Flowers will be deliver again including an excuse attention of € 15,-. |
| Delivered too early | Response within 5 working days | Deliver again on the correct date including an excuse attention of € 15,-. |
| Quality is not good | Response within 5 working days (with photo) | Exchange the product. |
| Incomplete delivery | Response within 5 working days | Delivery/refund of the missing items including an excuse attention of € 15,-. |
