What happens if the recipient is not home to receive the flowers?
We send our flowers out by courier. If nobody is at home to receive the flowers, they may be left at one of the neighbours. In that case we leave a card in the recipient’s postbox. It shows the house number of the neighbours where they can pick up their flowers.
If the neighbors are not at home or they can’t accept the flowers, your bouquet will be taken back to the shop. The recipient will be left a card asking them to call us to arrange redelivery.
If orders are wrongly delivered because incorrect information has been supplied, Alpina cannot accept liability.
